The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The bed was comfortable. We were pleased. The only thing I will recommend is to have a better signs for the hotel. We circled 3 times in the area and had to call the hotel for directions to actually find the entrance. The sign is not visible from all directions. Please correct that issue.

Disliked: TV remote wasn't working when we got there.

This hotel is close to CN Tower and Billy Bishop Airport. Staff is friendly, room is clean, bed is very comfortable and bathroom is stylish. Buffet was excellent. Dinner was very good also.

Liked: Well located, clean hotel.
Disliked: Had an incident with missing items (likely accidentally thrown by housekeeping rather than theft!!) which wasn't really rectified or addressed by the hotel. Categorically denied this had happened, rather than willing to find a solution. At check in we were told about breakfast options, the bar on 5th floor etc however they were never open throughout the duration of our stay. We were there in the off season so not unexpected, but odd to mention it? AC/heater incredibly noisy.

Liked: The location was very nice; the beds were comfortable, very lovely shower and bathroom
Disliked: Honestly; if you don't mind a bit of travel in the city; the location was kind of the biggest factor in us taking this place; but you could find something similar probably almost $1000 less than this, it was kind of underwhelming.

Disliked: I was most disappointed with the bathrooms though: no towel bars and only one towel hook. The shower glass only covered half the shower, so water came out onto the bathroom floor easily and it was cold with all the steam escaping the shower.
