Liked: I asked for a river view room and they gave me a street view room insisting I am wrong untill I show them the pictures that I got from my window. Not very friendly, the breakfast was very good.

Liked: Second visit to this hotel. Good location with easy access to local transport or you can walk into the city. Nice to have extra pillows for the bed and plenty of hand sanitiser dispensers in reception area.
Disliked: We were advised that pool was closed for maintenance, fortunately this was before our arrival so we were not disappointed when we checked in. Some dust under the bed but otherwise our room was very clean. The car park is expensive if staying more than a night. The City tax also influenced our length of stay particularly if you are staying as a couple as it soon mounts up. However the tax is something the hotel doesn't have any control over.
