Pleasant
Liked: I asked for a river view room and they gave me a street view room insisting I am wrong untill I show them the pictures that I got from my window. Not very friendly, the breakfast was very good.

Very good
Liked: Second visit to this hotel. Good location with easy access to local transport or you can walk into the city. Nice to have extra pillows for the bed and plenty of hand sanitiser dispensers in reception area.
Disliked: We were advised that pool was closed for maintenance, fortunately this was before our arrival so we were not disappointed when we checked in. Some dust under the bed but otherwise our room was very clean. The car park is expensive if staying more than a night. The City tax also influenced our length of stay particularly if you are staying as a couple as it soon mounts up. However the tax is something the hotel doesn't have any control over.

Disliked: The parking space was sl full on my second day (saturday). I got back late from Dokomi because of traffic and because I’m an exhibitor, and when I got back to the hotel, I couldn’t find a parking space because it was full.

Liked: Great Hotel very clean and modern. The rooms were very nice and quiet. No noise from the highway was heard and I had a great night of sleep. The AC was working great a not too noisy. The bathroom was great. The shower was good and the amenities were as well. The location was perfect for where I wanted to go. I will visit again if I need a hotel in Düsseldorf.
Disliked: The smoking area was directly at the front entrance of the hotel. You had to go through there, to get inside of the hotel. Also, there was a big car right at the entrance using the electrical output for charging. It felt a bit out of place that the car was parked right there in front of the main entrance of the hotel..
