Excellent value stop-over hotel ......

Liked: The room was functional and comfortable with excellent beds for a very reasonable price. We didn't take the breakfast however the restaurant provided a very good evening meal and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Really nothing to complain about !

Disliked: I recently stayed at the Radisson Balmoral Hotel in Spa and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. For a hotel that carries the Radisson name, the standards were shockingly low.First, the room itself was in poor condition. The pillowcases were torn and looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. The towels were just as bad – thin, frayed, and clearly overused. This is basic hotel hygiene and comfort, and the lack of care here was alarming.The pool was another major letdown. It's far too small for the number of guests, and it was overcrowded, noisy, and frankly, not very clean. The water looked murky, and the overall atmosphere was anything but relaxing. Calling it a “wellness” area is a stretch.Service was mediocre at best, and the facilities feel outdated. For the price you're paying, you expect a lot more. I’ve stayed in budget hotels with better upkeep than this.
