Friendly staff in a nice...

Liked: Good value for the money, quiet location, good restaurant.
Disliked: Long waiting time for checking in

My experience was bad and...

Liked: Location was good and the check-in was faster but still receptionist was busy on the hotels phone so we had wait for sometime to do the check ins
Disliked: Our room AC duct was making some noise which didnt allow me to sleep the whole night as am sensitive to noises and it disturbs my sleep.

Lots of promise, just need...

Liked: The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Bar man superb as was the lady on reception with the headscarf on.
Disliked: TV in the room said no signal, reported but never fixed in the 4 nights we stayed. Stayed here before and used the pool and leisure facilities but this time we were told it is an extra charge. Also don’t expect a relaxing morning in bed, due to currently building work being carried out at the back with a 7am start!!!

Liked: Breakfast was great!!
Disliked: Bathroom is way too small for a suite. Uncomfortable to shower in a bathtub that is so nineties!

Exceptional

Disliked: No charger for the car was a bit dissapointing but not a real issue.

Superb

Liked: Very nice swimming pool, very good breakfast buffet with a lot of choice, nice bar with poolbiljart table, very friendly people, very comfortable bed and very clean.
Disliked: The fitness centre was closed due to works.

Pleasent stay

Liked: Nice and clean hotel room and comfy bed.
Disliked: No coffee machine in the room

Liked: This review does not apply to this particular location because it was closed due to unforseen circumstances.We were relocated to the Radisson Blu hotel in the centre of Spa,which is a favourite of ours. We've been here several times already and it's always a pleasure.
