Exceptional

Liked: The swimming pool was very enjoyable, we all found it very nice. The hamam and sauna were also very nice, our stay was a short one as we were only passing by, but we will definitely return :)

Too much for what was...

Liked: Location was good. Cuisine was good.
Disliked: Bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival. Everything was grossly overpriced. Pool table surface was ripped. Gym was too small. Bed/pillows weren’t great. AC was limited to “living room” and didn’t reach bedroom. Bright blue light emitted from front of hotel-came in bedroom windows.

Liked: Staff was excellent.. would like to compliment Nicholas. He was very helpful. Also thanks to the barman Yusuf... very entertaining guy.
Disliked: We had booked a private suite and the property confirmed us that the suite was fully air-conditioned. But to our dismay only one room has a air conditioner. It was a sweltering 28 deg C and the suite was very uncomfortable during the night too. Although Nicholas (very grateful to him) gave us an alternate room on both nights but we were 3 adults and could not adjust in one room. Management should focus on refurbishing the room with basic amenities like air conditioning and specially when its under a Radisson Blu banner. No wonder the property had a rating of 7.8 on booking.com when I booked but assumed that being Radisson basics should be right,, but no way

Liked: Location is quiet, free parking
Disliked: If you want to sleep on a torn bed linen, live in a not renovated room, be ignored by the staff, the hotel is for you. We were given one hygiene set for 2 people for 2 nights. I'm 9 months pregnant and asked for an extra pillow (by the way, the pillows are literally 30*40), and was simply ignored even though the hotel was at least half empty. No way it is 4* hotel

A pleasant stay but did...

Liked: Location was good and personnel was very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The room was supposed to have a safe which did not work; we did report this but were told there was nothing they could do. The room appeared tired and requires updating and re-decoration. Lamps did not work inside the room; the tap in the bathroom was extremely loose etc. We do not think that a room of this standard justifies the high cost we paid.
