It was alright

Liked: Location and view was excellent! The room was very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Some electricity outlets were not working. And shower cover didn't fully cover water from shower so the toilet and floor got wet. We could hear people walking and running hallways.(which we know it's difficultto fix since the buildingisn'tbrand new)

Disliked: The entrance is up ten steps which is a challenge when you are over 80. No other entrance.

Exceptional

An enjoyable and comfortable stay...

Liked: The room was of an excellent size and layout with good natural light and views over the city. The bathroom was also a good size
Disliked: The table in the room had a strange leg design, whilst it looked modern and attractive it was unstable if you leant on the wrong side!. Also I feel that the hotel overall is getting a little 'tired' as many others after catching up from Covid I suspect.
