Disliked: The minibar left no room for you to put anything of your own as if they wanted to force you to buy their stuff. They also had a notice that said if you moved items in the fridge you would have to pay for it. That's ridiculous

Liked: The lobby was stunning, the room was stunning. Overall everything was so pleasing to look at and the room was clean.
Disliked: The valet service - first they are either understaffed or just lazy - it took too long for them to take our car upon arrival because there was no attendant and took too long to find the attendant to get our car to go out, and if you come back after 10pm there is no valet service, and they do not tell you that, we found out the hard way. Self park is the way to go here. And room service - why isn’t it 24hrs like most hotels?

Great views but they need...

Liked: The location was excellent. We loved our corner room with balcony and windows that actually open. The view was terrific, and the staff, especially in the restaurant, were gracious and helpful.
Disliked: The check-in process was not efficient at all because the rooms were not ready in time. After waiting in line for more than half an hour, our room still was not ready. We were given a $35 voucher which we used at the bar, but the room was still not ready after that. When we finally got in there, we found dirty towels left on the balcony and an abandoned bottle of cleaning spray. Clearly, Housekeeping is grossly understaffed. Also, there is not much insulation between rooms. It was impossible not to hear loud sex next door.Also the coffee area was cluttered with extremely expensive snacks, and the fridge was not for guest use.
