Liked: Concierge was great. He held our bags after check out while we did some sightseeing.Received a courtesy room upgrade. Room was extremely clean.We've stayed multiple times and enjoy each stay.

Liked: I like the location and the rooms seem nice. close to chicago river and walking around seening all the stuff around there. even used the pool and hot tub seem good.
Disliked: parking was kind of Pain but I only flew into Chicago not used to driving there. bar service was a little bad the beer was flat and the bartenders little busy talking to each other. the room windows where a little diry by the windows and top of the bed frames.

Liked: Staff was ok, but the room was dirty.
Disliked: Sink stopper was broken, sink didn't drain had to call front desk. Walls were dirty. The black window curtains had white stuff all over them. One of the lights hanging by the bed was broke. Wooden desk had white spots on it. Outside of the cabinet door was colored with black marker. Cleaning staff was unprofessional. They didn't change the sheets, they half remade the beds. The hotel knows, I reported all this and sent pictures, they still talked me out of getting another room. They charged my debit card when they shouldn't have now I have to wait to get my money back. That's the first and last time I stay at that hotel.
