Disliked: My first room was still dirty, the mattress was stained and had burn holes in it. The bathroom vanity still had soap suds from previous occupant. The back door was broken and left ajar . The property was very dirty. The front desk clerk was very rude and would not give his information to be used for this purpose. Then he charged a different “deposit” than what the website said and from what the front desk sign indicated. I was told I had a “deluxe “ King suite and the only thing it had was a sofa and extra mini fridge, no microwave. It was a terrible experience and I would NEVER stay or recommend anyone else to stay there, EVER! It needs to be remodeled and updated to match the price it charges and the staff need to be trained in customer service and cleanliness …

Liked: The room was clean and the room layout was interesting.
Disliked: The room was Extremely dated. The carpet was dirty, old, had tripping hazards. The tub surround was broken, patched. The toilet did not sit evenly. The pillows were even smaller than an twin pillow. There was someone from the hotel staff sitting on a chair with his bare feet propped on a table. The hotel staff were unable to print out my receipt. The patio door was broken and did not lock. The curtains were stained. There was no coffee downstairs, in the morning, although they may have been in the process of making more.
