Liked: Hotel is clean .
Disliked: The management and staff are sullen and unhelpful and do not understand what customer service is. There was a heatwave in NYC and we were put in a room with a free standing temporary aircon where the window couldn’t close and it was extremely noisy.

Disliked: READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING.I stayed here in June 2025. After housekeeping serviced my room, I discovered that my solid-gold chain and cross—a gift from my mother—were no longer on the bedside table where I had left them.I reported the loss at the front desk and, then, emailed a written notice giving the hotel five business days to respond and fourteen days to inquire/compensate me.To date, I have received no reply, no explanation, and no apology.In my view, that silence raises serious questions about the hotel’s internal controls and commitment to guest property security. As a lawyer, I am well aware of a hotel’s duty to investigate reported losses and keep guests informed, to say the least; those steps did not occur here.I hope sharing my experience helps future guests make an informed decision.

Liked: Hotel is relatively new, room facilities were working good. Room was clean, towels etc were really fresh.
Disliked: Location is well.. If you are using public transportation, you might want to convoy your family members from transport to hotel just for safety.

Nice room

Liked: I liked the hotel atmosphere and the room. They had an outside event when we were there and it was definitely a vibe. The room was very nice, small but nice.
Disliked: I didn't like that their was some miscommunication going on between me and one of the front desk employees. We were told a check-in time but got there after we anticipated and wasn't able to check in and had to wait around elsewhere.
