Wasn't what it should have...

Liked: Desk staff too busy to answer my question about whether I could pay them for breakfast. They waved me to the restaurant, initially no one there but buffet spread out. Man came out of kitchen to tell me breakfast is $25, then he disappeared. No waiters or waitresses, one couple seated at a booth eating. I noticed sign at entrance listing options for breakfast, all of which less than $10. I finally grabbed an empty plate from a table, served myself, ate, still no one showed up to help. As I was leaving, the same man from the kitchen asked for his $25, so I paid him cash and left. Very awkward way to end my stay, especially after you've gone to so much trouble to make the rooms extremely attractive. Loved the rooms.
Disliked: The staff at the front desk when I arrived were gracious about holding my bags until a room was available. However, they seemed oblivious to the fact I had been told in an email from the hotel that a 2 PM checking in time would be OK. I did ask and they did oblige and I was able to check in early. But if your headquarters staff are sending out these emails to myself and other customers telling us you re sensitive to my concerns, then for God's sake, please be sure your desk staff have that info highlighted on their computers when they check us in.

Liked: I loved the blue shower I liked the mini fridge I liked the Wi-Fi radio I loved the bed and how the tv was at the foot of the bed and the window was connected also you could just look right out I liked that they have outlets on the bed so convenient
Disliked: I didn't like that I could not hook my PlayStation 5 to the tv and the staff was nice I just didn't like that they kept knocking on my door asking did I need anything and would not leave until I answered

Good deal hotel in Upper...

Liked: New hotel located in Upper Manhattan in Washington Heights district. Excellent staff. Close to 181st metro stations. There is also a possibility to order food from the restaurant located in the hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately the air condition system started randomly from time to time over the night and we couldn't sleep very good.
