I was really annoyed that...

Liked: Have some breakfast options- could have used some protein or gluten free choices. They had pancakes, fruit and coffee, toast and peanut butter. They have activities to join in every night like bonfire, yoga, karaoke, etc.
Disliked: The room was actually a dorm with bunk bed, carpet was yuck, painting falling off the wall altho room was clean and warm, mattress comfy. I got a text on the morning of checkout day confirming I would be out by 11am which I replied to then someone came to my door and asked me again! Annoying altho they're very nice. Not in the nicest part of town but on main road by university so convenient possibly for some.

Liked: Great room, nice temperature, incredible staff!!! Free pancakes on Weekends, location with groceries around and easy access to main attractions.
Disliked: Tô reach the kitchen/ common room you must go outside the room and reenter the building, which can be annoying on a bad weather

Liked: We enjoyed our stay very much!! Nick is very friendly and a great host. Property is well located. Easy access to major attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again.
