It was a nice place...
Liked: Well-maintained facilities, relaxing atmosphere great staff.
Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable and could have been upgraded. The carpet in the room had a less-than-pleasant odour.

No value for money
Liked: View from almostevery room is spectacular, breakfast was good, and serving restaurant morning crew were very polite and attentetive. Lounge is very cosy.
Disliked: We picked the mid week day for our visit to avoid big crowds and enjoy resort facilities. But after deciding to use gym and sauna found out that resort lets locals to use it as well, so it was so packed that it was no point to even go there. Oh, they have a yoga classes, but its full, of couse (sigh).Swimming pool had no towels for resort guests.I plan my stay according with facilities offered and experience was obviously ruined. For over $500 for a night stay, we expected a lot better outcome.Restaurant menu, for dinner, was very limited and evenning crew was not as welcoming as the morning one, the plates were cleared(without asking) as soon as we put our cutleries down, and we felt that we being pushed out, even thought restaurant was barely half full.So, not a great value for money!

A great stay and we...
Liked: Fantastic hotel with a great room with very comfortable bed and furniture, also great and relaxing bathroom facilities. Also superb access to the hotel car park and restaurants.
Disliked: I booked a round of golf at the resort (9 holes) and hired a set of clubs which had the wrong type of club i.e. there was a left handed club in a right handed set, whilst this was not the worst experience during the round I did mention it to the staff at the pro shop who did not seem remotely interested which was disappointing as the golf course has a good reputation, they need to focus more on their customer service, I would note that the different staff in the pro shop earlier were very helpful and excellent.
