Disliked: The check out process was unpleasant. Told the staff to use the cc preauthorisation as partial payment for our dining charges, but he still ended up charging the credit card twice. Could have been a simpler way of managing the cc charges (similar to what most hotels do)

Liked: The staff were excellent. The resort is well presented and it is value for money.
Disliked: I have strongly downgraded the facilities for one reason. The shower is over the bathtub and is a dangerous setup. The only safety rail in the shower/bathtub is as you climb in. There is no safety rail available while you are showering. As I was showering I turned my back to the shower while still under the water and momentarily lost my balance. I looked for something to steady myself and the only thing was a small round knob on the hinged glass shower screen door. I grabbed it and the screen started swinging out. I immediately let it go and fortunately was able to regain my balance. I hate to think what would have happened had I fallen out taking with me the screen door. We have travelled extensively over the last few years and this is the first accommodation I can recall having this shower/bathtub setup. Unfortunately due to that I have decided we will not choose so stay here again.
