Room Like A Kiln

Liked: Great staff. Good location.
Disliked: Couldn’t cool the room. Like sleeping in a kiln. Had to sleep with windows open the 2nd night so street noise kept waking us up. At £200 a night the minimum we expected was a decent night’s sleep.

Brilliant, lovely place to stay

Liked: Lovely place to stay, will recommend this place to anyone. Staff were so friendly and the price was brilliant for what they offered.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything we can think off that did meet our expectation

Liked: The staff were friendly, the bar/restaurant area was lovely, and breakfast was really nice, which was served until 12pm.Nice touches to the room - hairdryer, ghd hair straighteners, smeg fridge, Dyson fan and lovely coffee machine.
Disliked: The stairway upto the bedrooms from the rear of the restaurant was a little tired and shabby. It also smelt of cigarette smoke.The bedframe was metal & had sharp edges to it.

Would return

Liked: Staff were excellent. Cocktails fantasticRoom Kiki bar and facilities in the room were fab.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been warmer.Quite noisy in the morning both from cleaners and outside.

Great would love to return.

Liked: Staff, were very attentive, helpful and polite, location was central, food was excellent and value for money, bed was so big and comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom needed attention and deep clean. Also shower screen was not wide enough so water leaked onto the floor.
