Good hotel in great location

Liked: Good location close metro and bus, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, etc, ample room, friendly staff.
Disliked: The shower has no screen and the toilet floor gets very wet, but everything else is great.

Great small hotel.

Liked: This hotel was a great base from where to explore Paris. It's very close to Blanche metro station and the lovely area of Montmartre, and less than half an hour walk to the Louvre. The family room was very quiet and comfortable, and breakfast had a nice selection of good quality products.
Disliked: We were very happy at this hotel so there's nothing I didn't like.

Liked: Loved the decor of the hotel
Disliked: Bedroom had no working aircon. We couldn’t open windows as noise from the street was loud.

Liked: On the positive side, the staff were excellent ,very professional, helpful, and friendly. The location is also a strong point, making it easy to get around the city.
Disliked: However, I have to say I was disappointed with several aspects of the hotel that make me question its 4-star rating. I had booked a room that was supposed to include a safe, but when I asked about it, I was told the safe is located at the reception , which is quite misleading and honestly, not acceptable.There was also a persistent bad smell coming from the toilet area, likely due to poor ventilation. On top of that, the sink flooded every time I used it, bringing up dirty water , which was really unpleasant.Another major issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could clearly hear cars from the street and even the cleaning staff talking in the hallway . It made it really hard to relax or get a proper noon sleep.

Beautiful location but bad service

Liked: I liked the location and the reception which has a really nice set up with coffee
Disliked: The smell in the room is damp, I tried spraying my perfume. The same smell came back wasn’t nice. The reception didn’t have basic needs example adapter’s ( especially when you are a hotel whereby customers are International this is required) The shower handle was broken in my room it was a pain holding it , the room was not cleaned and it was smelling as I had ordered food the previous night as I checked in late .If someone pays money and on top city taxes 66 pounds a decent cleanliness service should be required.
