Not good for below 12...

Disliked: We really booked it for our children because it has a swimming pool and when we arrived they said my children cant swim because the age start around 12y/o but they didnt said it like a simple caption or in the description about the hotel or facilities in the booking.com like we have a swimming pool but age 12y/o can start swim down to 12 cannot be馃槨馃槨and we directly asked if its ok we just get our money back and booked with other hotels that has a swimming pool that our children can swim and they said no..or even we are together with our children they answer is no..really a bad day for us

Hygiene is not a priority...

Disliked: The toilet in the bathroom wasn鈥檛 properly cleaned. Dirty finger marks on all cupboard doors. One would expect a spa hotel to pay more attention to hygiene!
