Good sauna and pool, shame...

Liked: Room was quiet and comfortable, lots of space and well fitted
Disliked: Bar area felt very sparse and uninviting. Needed a more cosy seating and ambience. Didn’t seem to fit with the rest of the hotel.

Wonderful stay and very accommodating

Liked: The hotel was in a great location and clean. Staff were fantastic and able to accommodate my difficult requests requiring early check in without any hesitation. A faulty fan in the room (due to battery in the remote) was rectified as soon as I made the call about it. Couldn’t not fault the service received in any way. Staff were super friendly and food in the restaurant was lovely. Have stayed twice now and would certainly be booking again

Disliked: The bedrooms were FULL of cobwebs everywhere

Liked: Good parking, decent gym facilities, good tea/ coffee selection in room, comfy bed
Disliked: Cobwebs in room, carpet in room needed hoovering, loose shower head meant it kept falling when in use.

I like the hotel, unfortunately...

Liked: Room was clean, and the massage in the spa was good.
Disliked: Sadly, didn’t find the staff to be welcoming, warm or attentive.
