The only thing was the...

Liked: The staff was so nice and moved us to a 2 bed room with a private bathroom because we had twin babies
Disliked: It was comfortable and affordable

Convenient location with comfortable bed

Liked: We needed a place to stay for one night in Anchorage, so this place worked well. It was conveniently located and offered a comfortable bed and private bathroom. The front desk person who checked us in was very friendly.
Disliked: There was some confusion regarding billing for I had prepaid Booking but the hotel also charged. I was able to get a refund from Booking for the double payment.

Very good

Liked: Very friendly staff offering free coffee water and seasonal fruit. Clean with average comfort.
Disliked: Midtown, but with people mover (bus) connection to downtown and to the Dimond Shopping Center.
