Ok, but I‘ve seen better

Liked: The kitchen is nicely equiped. I also liked how close it is to the duomo and tram. They also have a bar on the property, which is nice. The rooms are also pretty quite, so you can get a good nights sleep. I also liked, that there was a towel included. They also have a parking spot, which is safe (behind two gates, they open at the reception). The only downside is, that it is only one spot. So keep in mind to reserve it beforehand to make sure you can use it.
Disliked: The matraces are not the best anymore. They sag in the middle. Also the light in the bathroom is regulated by a motion sensor. It doesn‘t detect you moving in the shower though. Therefore, the light just suddenly turned of during the shower. The room was also very small, same goes for the lockers. They just fit my backpack, but it was close. I was also a bit disappointed, that breakfast cost 5€ extra. In most of the hostels I‘ve been to, it was included in the price already.

Liked: Excellent staff, very well nice and ready to help.Common spaces very nice and comfy.It has a lot of seats outside, very good for summer time (there is a bar right next to the Hostel).They sell padlocks for the locker, good if you don't have one
Disliked: Bathroom very simple, has a sort of wood floor and shower curtain, so there can be a feeble water shent, but that is a very minor detail

Liked: Friendly staff, especially Amir (Iranian).
Disliked: Breakfast was advertised as included, but it wasn't.Room was supposed to be for 8 people, but had 12 beds.Not very clean.No table or enough storage for luggage.Shared bathroom had no soap or toiletries.Additional €7.5 charge at check-in for “tax”.Very noisy in the morning from outside.
