Disliked: internet service not consistent. went in and out.

Liked: food and wait staff were excellent.
Disliked: Plumbing made weird noises at night.

Liked: it was a lovely bright hotel and foyer. centrally located
Disliked: Our room was never serviced - our stay was from Sunday and extended through to the following Sat. We kept asking for our rooms to be serviced in the morning daily - mainly because the showers are a terrible design so absolutely floods the bathroom. This was acknowledged, apologized for - but never done. It was infuriating to come home to put your feet up for a few hours - and the bedroom and bathroom were - AGAIN - a mess. we then had to vacate our room until it was done. just do unprofessional and inconvenient and therefore made our stay unpleasant.

Liked: The restaurant and our server, Danny, was amazing!!
Disliked: The bathroom shower leaks out to the bathroom floor. We asked for maid service but didn’t receive it during our stay. We did request and receive additional towels (thank you); Much needed since we used the original ones provided to clean up the “flood” and block the door jam throughout our stay.
