A little disappointed

Liked: Location was great!
Disliked: Room was very small!!!! Request for twin beds wasn't honored. Quite noisy outside, I'd assume windows not double glazed

Would have been an excellent...

Liked: Good location, close to trams to get around the CBD.
Disliked: Requested particular bed configuration, however was not set up as when we arrived. There’s a club across the road and can hear the music thumping through the room in the middle of the night causing a very disruptive sleep. Toiletries were not filled, some containers empty needed to request a refill on day 1.
