Superb

Relaxing

Liked: Really easy to access, nice facility

A lovely place to be!

Liked: The area was super convenient. We really enjoyed the bar and restaurant, and all the staff were so so lovely! Room service was impeccable - got drinks delivered to our room in about 5 minutes flat! And the overall design of the space is beautiful, love love the pink tiles in the bathroom
Disliked: Beds/pillows were not the most comfortable, there was an old soft drink cup left in the fridge, and unfortunately the location was close to a few venues that were particularly loud in the middle of the night.

Liked: I really like every single thing in the hotel.I will book again for sure. Thank you for everything.....

Just ok

Disliked: - have to ask for basic toiletries, bathrobes and slippers which should essentially provided before hand rather than the customer calling at the reception thrice for that.

Liked: The location was great as it was close to cafes and public transport. It also had all the amenities you need for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and bedroom was spacious.
Disliked: The room was rather hot with it being difficult to adjust the temperature.

Liked: Good location, nice dining and nice bathroom amenities.
Disliked: We stayed on level 3 off to the edge of the building and as we walked into our room it felt like it was very slanted and on an angle.

Overpriced but okay.

Liked: Level 15 room was nice, views were alright.
Disliked: The king bed was two singles pushed together (no issues at all) but no mattess topper or anything just a sheet holding them together so feeling the crack in the middle of the bed was annoyingA staff member knocked on the door and let herself in at 9am, i was still asleep and woke up to someone walking in.. she walked back out and i have no idea what she wanted.
