Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the gym or pool so can't comment on them, but I dined in the restaurant and the food and service were great
Disliked: The shower temperature kept changing (maybe affected by others using the water), and the room doors would close with a loud slam. This was a bit of a shock for myself when I entered my own room, but it was disruptive late at night or of a morning when I'd by trying to sleep and I'd be woken up be the other guest's doors slamming shut

Liked: Salted Egg restaurant for dinner was excellent. Location was convenient, hotel is clean and modern, and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Our room facing King Street because the men’s club Centrefold was playing thunderously loud music from 11pm - 8.30am

Great service by your staff...

Liked: The only slight annoying thing was the basin in the bathroom was a bit small and narrow and hard to work with without splashing water on the floor
Disliked: Easy location to the Yara and Central city also fabulous view And the decor was lovely
