Disliked: The rooms are tiny! Like we couldn’t both get ready in the room without bumping into each other or the bed or table. Very squishy and for this reason we won’t stay again.

Vibrant, modern hotel with excellent...

Liked: The location was excellent , walking distance to crown, loved the on-site restaurant, and parking across the road.Couldn't fault the location.The onsite restaurant was great, and the cooked to order breakfast was very enjoyable, very tentative staff. The beds were super comfortable and quality linen and pillows ensured we had a peaceful nights sleep.Reception should have told us the key card was needed to get to the floors you wanted in the lift,other than that our request for extra towels and extra crockery was met with a very fast delivery to our room.The room was a bit smaller than expected,the pictures on the bookings website were abit deceivi g but we were comfortable enough for a one night stay.The decor of the hotel is modern,vibrant, and colourful, loves that. The lap pool on the 28th floor looked very inviting, but I forgot that there was a pool at the hotel. I will remember to bring my swimmers next time.
Disliked: Room was abit too small if you were considering a longer stay than a night or two.

Comfortable hotel located close to...

Liked: Located on the edge of the central area close to the free circular tram route. Pleasant room with excellent large safe. Helpful staff. Very good dining options in the evening.
Disliked: Very nice breakfasts with an Asian style. But quite limiting to Europeans. You have one choice from the menu and while there is a fruit combined with yoghurt option there is no option for e.g. cereals; simple fresh fruits or pot yoghurts or a piece of toast to have as well.

Ok location but would not...

Liked: Location was ok
Disliked: The room itself was dirty, we had a twin room and the floor had clearly not been cleaned after they had split the beds. There was a massive concrete pole in the middle of the room, which was an unnecessary use of space. We were given minibar credit, but there was a lot of confusion about how much this was exactly. Breakfast was horrible, we ordered scrambled eggs one morning and were given an omelette, which was rubbery in texture. Not many appeared to go for breakfast but it did seem busy for lunch and dinner. We did not go again despite it being included in the cost.
