Disliked: The lack of professionalism from the bartender it took several minutes for him to even acknowledge that I was there to purchase food from the ocean bar. Second didn’t realize that your casino at the bar you can hold a slot machine in front of the bar for a patron. He made it known that This individual was waiting for that particular machine seconds after one person left the machine, and I immediately went to go to the machine. He announced it in a very manner that caught me off guard. Other than one African-American gentleman that I believe Work in the players section of that casino, I felt very uncomfortable. I felt like I was dealing with individuals that promote segregation probably in the future, I would suggest to any of my friends, regardless of race to not patronize that part of the casino if this individual displays that type of negative behavior towards African-American men.

A beautiful facility with great...

Liked: The Resort and Casino are in a beautiful location with great access to the beach. The facilities are nicely designed and beautifully decorated, and we liked the layout of the king guest room we had. We appreciate that it’s non-smoking throughout the resort. This makes a huge difference especially having a casino under one roof.
Disliked: Unfortunately with the room we had on the 2nd floor and facing the front parking area, we could hear conversations from other rooms and a lot of talking, luggage rolling, car doors closing, and motorcycles idling from the parking lot. We had to sleep with ear plugs. We were excited to eat at Emily’s restaurant on-site. However, the salmon was overcooked, the rice pilaf was terrible, and not sure if the carrots, which were peeled and whole, were baked or boiled. They were chewy. With that, the halibut fish and chips was decent.

Disliked: One small bar of soap for two of us. No maid service for two night stay. Noise from motel machinery on ground floor.
