Great stay

Liked: Attending an event in Geelong, the location was good. The train station wasn't far from hotel.
Disliked: There is nothing that was to dislike.

Really nice place

Liked: Great location, new building, modern interior, comfortable bed, good-sized parking underground, nice terrace with amazing views.
Disliked: As all hotels, from time to time, they should do a deep cleaning of the rooms, including curtains cleaning and carpet and upholstery steam cleaning.
