Superb

Liked: Had a great stay. The room was great and well appointed, although the location of the bathroom light switch and exhaust fan was a bit peculiar as it was hidden behind the towel rack. It would be more user-friendly if it was positioned closer to the door frame. An easy walk to Smith St and catching a tram into the CBD. Discovered some great bars and eateries nearby, too. Would definitely stay at a Quest Hotel again if this is the standard.
Disliked: Having not been in Collingwood before, all the graffiti in the neighbourhood was a bit confronting, but it is Collingwood, so it is to be expected.

Was nice other than that

Liked: The property was lovely cleaned all you needed, great location
Disliked: Staff they promised to put luggage in our room and didn’t had we arrived back at the time we said we would not have been able to get our luggage, the gentleman on was rude and could have put bags in the room but staff obviously to lazy
