Liked: Great place great staff

Amazing stay, good rooms, nice...

Liked: The room was amazing. Spacious and clean and it had a kitchen also. The staff were also very nice and accommodating when it comes to housekeeping. The location of the hotel was also amazing as it was basically walkable to all the must see / visit places. There is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel which was so convenient.
Disliked: The stairs going up to the lobby. It wasn't friendly for oversized or heavy luggages and for people with disability.

Liked: It's a shame that the facilities are not well-organized, the bathroom faucets are not functioning properly, there is no cold water available, and the water regulation is either impossible or even dangerous. The room is spacious, large, and pleasant. The cleanliness is reasonable, but not excessive. They don't change the bed linen every two days. I was in the room for five days, and it's a shame. My choice of location is due to its proximity to my son's residence.
Disliked: It's a shame I had to brush my teeth in the kitchen. There isn't enough soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom. The body soap is very unsatisfactory. It gives a feeling of stinginess and thrift, even though you pay a lot.

Liked: Location - very central to all attractions - This is the best thing about the hotel - hard to find anywhere more central at this price! The staff were also very friendly
Disliked: Requested double bed but provided two singles pushed together (they were not attached so bed constantly separated!) - Do not pay for breakfast (the staff openly said that their breakfast was rubbish!)
