Amazing location, great if you...

Liked: Location was amazing. Room was just a bed and a bathroom, but that was to be expected so no issues there.
Disliked: There was a ceiling fan in the room, which would've helped the heatwave going on at the time of my visit, but the staff just said that it doesn't work in our room specifically. No additional efforts were made to get us a fan/cooling device of some sort.

Bed Bugs. Avoid!

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: The hotel has bed bugs. Had to get my key changed twice as they gave me the wrong keycard for the room. €2.50 for a coffee.Wouldn’t give any more coffee satches for the room.

Liked: Spacier than expected. Bathroom was fine, very small. Blankets, sheets and pillows weren’t great but useable.
Disliked: Pretty loud, as the janitor closet was at our door.

BED BUGS NO REFUND BED...

Liked: The room had a balcony and was located next door to our friends room
Disliked: We woke up on the first morning to find blood all over our pillow and bed and then noticed bed bugs crawling around our bed. I made a video and complained to the reception. They told us that we would have to leave the hotel and that they would find an alternative hotel for us. The issue with this was that we were a group of 3 and had booked 2 rooms under one reservation. After a lot of talking with the reception they refused to move our friend too, which meant we were now going to be in different hotels, after having made one reservation so we could all be together for the trip. We went to the new hotel but it wasn't like for like and the hotel was unacceptable. I immediately rang the Quentin hotel back and told them we couldn't stay in the new hotel. They said there was nothing else they could do and they would issue a refund. As I had not received anything in writing, I contacted the hotel upon my return home, only to be told that I will now only receive a refund of 20% of the cost of one room which makes no sense. They also will not refund the first night when we got eaten alive by the bed bugs. This is a joke of a hotel. Do not stay here and do not pay up front. We are also waiting for our deposits to be returned.
