worth the money but weird...

Liked: The breakfast was great and the breakfast area in the backyard was calm and quiet. Easy check in even though we arrived late. The area felt safe and was near the trains.
Disliked: The bathroom in the room was made of glass even the walls around it. Everyone in the room can see and hear you when you shower and goes on the toilet. It was also no lock. The room had no hooks on the wall or in the hallway.

Good service, great location, amazing...

Liked: The location is great, in the heart of the gayest area of Berlin with excellent transport links to the whole city and just a short walk to a plethora of landmarks, shops, restaurants and bars.
Disliked: The only quibble was the water temperature in the ensuite bathroom was on the cold side. It was not a major problem in summer, but would be on a n autumn or winter morning.

Liked: The location is really good. Quiet street when there is no annually street party.
Disliked: The hotel didn't inform about the planned annual street activity when I was making the booking.The hotel has a strange design of the room: no door to the bathroom/toilet. We had some gastric problems during our short stay in Berlin. After each visit in the toilet 🚽 the other one of had to suffer from the extreme bad odours from the toilet being spread around the room.What happens in the toilet should stay in the toilet!!!!Several el sockets not working. It made us move the table to switch from the night lamp to the kettle.Obviously the room is not checked around after each guest.

Comfortable Stay + Friendly and...

Liked: We loved how comfortable our room and bed was for our 3 night stay.The reception staff are fantastic.We dealt with 4 different people working at the reception, each of them were so freindly. They handled any of our requests with ease and done whatever they could to help us during our stay.Thanks again - Kevin

Bad

Disliked: despite the info that the rooms are airconditioned it is not true. we have had 28C with so called "automatic" air condition. the cooler is turned off, you can hear the fan working but it does not help when more than 30c outside. the receptionist would show you many roms with exactly same issue. rooms are clean and comfortable, but the charger do not work as there is low voltage in the room as well . we did not stay fir the night, the refund was impossible as well. they did not react for a claim made by booking.

Disliked: There was one lady who mostly works in the night, she was so racist and very rude …..and when I told her to calm down she threatened me with the police because I’m black… she was soo racist
