Liked: Wonderful staff, everyone was friendly and helpful! Very nice and comfortable rooms and they have this Little treasure: a terrace and a Garden at the back. Great for relaxing and a nice coffee!
Disliked: All good.

Nice location, warm rooms.

Liked: Super location in Schoneberg.
Disliked: Room crazy hot: airco didn’t work. We got a fan and 2nd day airco ‘kind of repaired’ (still warm). No standard cleaning of rooms.

Liked: I stayed one night because my usual hotel Riu was fully booked and I’m glad I did! Check-in was fast with a tablet, and Mohammad and his colleague were very friendly they gave me free upgrade to bigger room. The best part was the check-out after many years of traveling, this was one of the best with smiling receptionists . They even brought the invoice to my car! Merci beaucoup to Baha and his team keep providing this great service!
Disliked: the lamps in the room kept turning on and off, the AC wasn’t working properly and there was dust under the windows
