Budget and basic

Fantastic Hotel and Location
Liked: Incredible room with great view and 3 beds. Perfect for the family of 3. The lady at reception was so helpful. Best location with tram station just a min away. We came back to hotel after sight seeing around 11pm and it was still well crowded.
Disliked: Nothing as such. However it would have been great to have a lift as the stairs are too small. But it's not a major issue since most of the hotels in central Amsterdam are pretty much having same stairs.

Liked: Location was fantastic
Disliked: Paying €100 for damage to property when property already damaged.Chips on wall; mold in bathroom,window handle broken.Arrived in heatwave;heating on and staff didn't know how to turn radiator off ! Asked to book taxi to airport and didn't when got up at 4am!

It was OK.
Disliked: Room was very basic for the amount of money we paid .Still have not had the £100 deposit paid back I to credit card.

Very poor
Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was rusty and dirty. The good thing was that the staff manage to change my room after the first night.
