Liked: The location was great not smack bang in the middle of everything but so easy to access everything in town by walking. Loved that Sam and Paul had dogs, they were adorable! The wine tasting and canapés were fantastic and a great way to meet new people. And breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing that we did not like.

Liked: Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast with a view. Room clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It's a bit of a climb from town, but you can avoid the steepest hill (Malaghan) directly below, by walking a little further along Henry St and up Ballarat.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful. Exceptionally clean. Great view over the lake from our room. Lovely choice of options for breakfast, something for everyone. On one night they did an informal wine tasting to meet some of the other guests. Very nice. Parking available
