Wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: Easy to find, close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: Very dingy and outdated, not very clean, mozzies everywhere.

Liked: Staff and staff services were exceptional, experience with having help in Brisbane booking appointments and leisure activities, staff were beyond helpful.Nicky or Vicky was always on hand to assist with early morning questions and help with knowledge of Location and Brisbane.
Disliked: At night time the room had infestation of cockroaches, I woke up both nights with hundreds running over me on bed and room. I sprayed both nights with cockroaches fly spray, provided, only it didn't kill any off it was so terribly grubby frightening and gross

Liked: Greeted by Mary-Jane with welcoming arms. Truly lovely greeting. Stay was very comfortable and clean. Only thing I thought was strange was there was no microwave or toaster, cutlery & crockery.A few cups & glasses & 1 teaspoon. We stayed 2 nights & managed. Had we stayed longer i would have enquired. Cleaning staff very lovely & happy to assist with linen. Overall great stay & staff are amazing! Will def stay there again.

Liked: The excellent room facilities and food
Disliked: The closure of the reception in the morning between 5am and 6am. Staff should work starting at 5am shif to help out clients checking out early and those who need taxi.
