Ideal location to visit Kelso...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent with a buffet for cereal's, fruit, orange juice etc followed by several choices of cooked breakfast after with plenty of toast.The building is 300 years old so it had the quirks that a building of that age would have but the hotel are clearly updating things like the bathrooms putting in Wet Rooms.The bed was very comfortable & we were able to easily park outside in the street.
Disliked: The handset of the tv was not working.

Liked: Best porridge we had ever tasted, cooked breakfast was lovely too. Served by lovely staff.
Disliked: We knew we were getting a twin room, just wish we had been told it was at the very top of the hotel

Exceptional

Liked: Room large and well equipped. Large TV big bath reduction bathroom. Lovely views of old Church yard with mature trees. Very quiet. Breakfast super. The lady serving breakfast Lovely and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing
