Only suitable if you're just...

Liked: The staff at the reception are very kind. The location is good, close to the train station. I paid €8 for the breakfast and it was ok, not too many options but the price was fair. I was on the 3rd floor and was very quiet. Good!
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and moved around easily. The floor felt sticky and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. When I entered the room, I found three dead bees on one of the beds. The fan was very old and extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. The TV only had German local channels and couldn’t connect to my phone, so it was useless for me. Finding the entrance was also frustrating—there’s construction at the front of the building and no signage to help.

Liked: The service was very nice and welcoming. The stay was smooth, and there was access to a microwave in the motel's basement. The room was bright and quite spacious, which is not a common standard in this type of accommodation.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there was no furniture, not even a chair to sit on. The bed was extremely high; an adult man sitting on the bed had another 20 centimeters to go to touch the ground with his feet. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially since there was no other furniture in the room – no chairs, no table to use. The lack of a microwave and kettle was also very inconvenient.I really don't like the common situation in American hotels or motels where they take a photo of my document or photocopy my passport, which is unheard of in Europe or in New Zealand where nobody asks for documents and doesn't require a deposit. I find it surprising and a big minus regarding personal data security.

Liked: Location is fine, close to the Messe, fairly clean.
Disliked: Super loud environment, poor sound insulation, and there were some handyman working at 7 am and they were really loud + there were some teens running in the hallway all night until 1am and staff didn't react.

Reading a previous very negative...

Liked: 10 minute walk from Dharmamati Tibetan Buddhist Centre where I attended a retreat. En suite bathroom was clean with good supply of hot water. Room serviced every day with fresh towels. Polite and friendly staff on reception. Breakfast was basic but adequate with fresh bread rolls cheese yoghurt and a muesli and the coffee was quite good.
Disliked: There was no blind or curtain on the window so the room could not be made completely dark for sleep and I woke with the early morning sun at 4am. There was no hot drink making provision in the room. The bed was basic.
