Enjoyable, with a few small...

Liked: Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Bath plug was missing (although housekeeping and maintenance responded quickly to our request for a replacement)Vegetarian options in the restaurant and bar were rather limited and unimaginative.We were charged $150 more than the amount shown on the bill. This wasn’t obvious at checkout as I agreed to have the receipt emailed to me instead of being printed. When I noticed the additional amount on my bank statement the next day and called, it was explained that the $150 was a security deposit and would be refunded within 5 business days. I thought this could have been handled more transparently.
