Liked: We felt like we were at a resort! Being from Ontario, I didn’t know that places like this existed. It is more than a hotel. We felt welcomed, very comfortable, staff were very friendly. The virtual host was a great addition, as well as the invites for activities in the lounge.
Disliked: Coffee was in the basement and ran out. Espresso in the room is nice, but coffee is better.

Liked: The lovely girl at the front desk also was a server in the restaurant when I went for a light dinner. Such a lovely, hard working, polite girl. I was there for a quiet night to myself. My husband has recently passed away. She did mention it to the young coworker who was there and when I left the restaurant he was so sweet. He offered his condolences and was so very sweet. He asked if he could give me a hug. He honestly was so sympathetic and it brought tears to my eyes. But only because it is always good to remember that we have so many wonderful people in this world and especially to know that at a time like this when the world is in such chaos. Thank you so much for being so kind and I only wish I could remember your name so I could make sure management knew about your kindness and also about the lovely young lady who was also so kind.
Disliked: I was put into a room that felt a little bit stale. When I called the front desk and asked if they could possibly put me in a different room they were very obliging. I never felt like I was being a bother. So it was only the room I didn’t like. The service was amazing and the new room was beautiful and much fresher smelling.
