Superb

Liked: Very friendly

Perfect location

Liked: The staff was amazing!! Great seating area, bar was great.
Disliked: It was my issue, but because we are traveling for 2 months and have a LOT of luggage, the room was really small. If not for that the rooms were great.

Liked: A well appointed hotel. Very friendly staff. Had trouble with the heating but the manager responded promptly and it was fixed.

Liked: It was in prime position for our planned trip to the north of Scotland. The staff after initial greeting were excellent.
Disliked: Having to make up our put me up style bed, which did not look very inviting.

Liked: We had a good dinner there. It was along the way up and down the coast so the location is good if you want some place quiet. We had 3 twin beds which was the right size and the mattress was thick. The TV had lots of channels. The room was bright in the day.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small. Could fit a small child comfortably, we guessed.One of the beds was especially squeaky but it was still manageable (we could continue sleeping).
