Liked: Property is in a great location and some staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and well looked after.
Disliked: Little disappointed in the fire procedure, having the fire alarm going off at 6:15 and not having any staff designated to leading guests to a fire point. Though thankfully was a false alarm, this should not matter and should not affect how you react, fire procedures should always be followed. Having most of the guests still in the hotel and some outside was not professional, many were confused about what was going on, and didn’t know where they needed to go, had that been a real fire, people could have been seriously injured.

Liked: The breakfast was OK one family member had an issue with his room but it was rectified straight away.Good value for money
Disliked: Some of the rooms need updating

Nice stay, perfect location, with...

Liked: The cost, plus clean room, nice towels and bedding. The best thing was they had a room for 3, which is not always on offer with all hotels. I loved the location which is almost opposite to the pier. Another bonus was we managed to get a parking spot at the hotel, and the receptionist informed us it was valid for 24hrs so we were able to spend more time in Eastbourne the next day.
Disliked: The hotel was dated and seemed to mainly cater for the elderly that have booked an Alfa coach trip. Infact, it's owned by the company leisure plex. However, we were aware of this but for our needs it was fine as we didn't need to pay alot.

Liked: breakfast basic, room okay just off lift bed was a little small for us but managed okay, clean , and good view of pier
Disliked: could have like to be given a time for breakfast so we did not go in with the coach as they knew were to sit, no one on door so had to ask staff eventually told were to sit. Fire alarm set off 6.15am by a guest, no apologies given,

Liked: Location and parking were excellent. The room was small but the view direct into the pier was awesome. The staff were great very friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The TV was mounted side on to the bed which was uncomfortable but hey, I wasn't there to watch TV.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Huge amounts of pigeon guano on the window cill, which is a H&S hazard ⚠️ Also, when I entered my room it stunk of smelly feet
