2 Day Stay at the...

Liked: Location is right on the sea front and you can walk for miles in either direction.The pier is directly opposite the hotel.Breakfast was nice, the room was clean and spacious and overlooked the sea front.
Disliked: One of the male reception staff (who represent the initial contact with the guests, and who is the face of the hotel), needs to take a refresher course in customer liason and interaction with people, as incorrectly arguing with a guest as to where the wifi password 'is', but 'isn't', and then not admitting he was wrong and saying 'sorry', lets the hotel down.Other than that, all was very enjoyable for our 2 day stay.

Liked: The hotel is in a good location clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: Although hotel was nice meals entertainment and location very good for taking day trips to places .The high street and rubbish in side street let's it down. The windows could inside of hotel could do with repainting.
