Located on South Promenade overlooking the Irish Sea Queens Hotel offers live entertainment home-cooked food and free parking. Looking forward to going back...

Liked: Been before and love it ,the breakfast and evening meal are brilliant and very tasty .The staff are friendly and game for a laugh. No matter what you do they always go one better 🤣🤣 . Nothing is to much trouble for them. The servers are absolutely the best and a credit to your hotel

Just one night was enough.

Liked: Location was as expected, hotel was dated and shabby both outside and in. Restaurant closed at 7pm ! Breakfast was only 1 hr. 8 till 9 am !Staff on reception very helpful to change rooms without steep stairs. Bathroom had horrible drain smell. Room small with dated decor. No water or fridge in room. Bed very clean fresh and comfortable.
