Great place to stay in...

Liked: Great place! Vancouver is very expensive so this hotel is very affordable in comparison. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is smallish but perfect for a solo traveler. Very clean, modern. I liked the little art pieces and colors added to the room and check-in area. Also loved the free parking!
Disliked: Getting there over the bridge was insanely busy with traffic!

Great customer service

Liked: I stayed for 4 nights with my child , staff were friendly and polite on arrival and shown us our room . The twin room I initially booked was a little small , once mentioned my room was upgraded for an additional charge which I was happy with . Rooms were bright and clean with laminated flooring throughout , a fridge , microwave and cable tv. There was complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks on reception daily. I found that the staff went above and beyond and catered to your needs .I would definitely recommend this hotel .
Disliked: There was nothing I disliked - I will definitely recommend .

Decent

Liked: Friendly staff upon checking in and checking out. The gentleman even gave us a complimentary flashlight and parking was free.
Disliked: The noise level during the day time was a bit disruptive. Very loud door slamming while the maids were cleaning rooms and sounded like construction happening in the next room.
