Liked: The convenience of being right on the beach front. The tower suite had very good views and a sofa well positioned to watch the business of Brighton beach from morning until night.
Disliked: The property is in need of a decor update given the premium price of staying on the front. That there was no on/off site parking at a reasonable rate for guests given the room charges.

Liked: Very good llocation. Clean. Good size.
Disliked: After breakfast, I asked the receptionist what time checkout was. The receptionist informed me that normally it is 11am but, I could extend to 12pm for £20 and to 1pm for £40 both of which I found steep. However, I wanted to concentrate on some work so, I extended to 1pm. Only to find out immediately after, when I returned back to the room, that there was large scale demolition work happening at the street opposite my room. Sorry, but I was not very happy to pay £40 to hear demolition work happening without having been given any notice from the hotel prior to the extension of the checkout.
