Hotel comfortable and in a good location, especially if visiting the Dome. Staff friendly, hotel clean and nice sea views.

Disliked: Little bit tired in places; uncomfortable bed.

Lovely stay in a great...

Liked: Fabulous location, perfect view from the sea view room overlooking beach. Staff very nice, breakfast superb. Spa pool and sauna/steam great! It was my birthday and they presented me with a card and chocolates, a lovely touch!
Disliked: Some furnishings were a bit shabby, long wait for room to be ready, it was past4pm, they did offer us a late checkout as compensation though. No a/c in the room although a fan was provided it wasn’t very strong.

Liked: We were offered a reasonably priced upgrade for a very large room with the absolute best view of the sea and boardwalk across the street. Floor to ceiling windows! The bedding was the most comfortable of our whole trip throughout Italy and England! The service was very friendly and attentive. The pool, gym, sauna and steam room were excellent. The buffet breakfast was delicious! We also booked Afternoon tea in the lounge. It’s directly across from the beach between the pier and carousel. There is even a small children’s play area in the lobby that kept our busy 3 year old occupied while we enjoyed an afternoon cocktail. What a fabulous stay!
Disliked: I was shocked to realize there was no air conditioning in the room, but a large fan was provided and the sea breeze cooled down the room to a lovely temperature at night. I wish it was advertised though.
