Hotel comfortable and in a good location, especially if visiting the Dome. Staff friendly, hotel clean and nice sea views.

Liked: Triple room with a proper bed not a sofa bed for the third person. Hurrah! Right on sea front. Allowed to bring the dog. Spa treatment place on site too. What s not to like?

Disliked: We arrived just before 3pm (check in time) but were told room would take about an hour to be ready (4pm). We checked out at 11am next day. Whilst I understand it was in the height of August, I do feel that £170 for basically a 19 hours stay was steep! We added dinner - which took the total to over £213!

Disliked: Very hot water in shower cabin. Noises from street in the night.

For a hotel it lacked...

Liked: Staff was very friendly and accommodating and food was perfect.The location was perfect but very noisy at night
Disliked: The rooms was not cleaned or fresh towels provided we was booked for three nights.The water provided was not replaced.
