Liked: The advert said parking available no mention off paying so when l got there l was told l had to pay for parking no USB socket in the room so couldn’t charge my phone for a important phone call

FILTHY AND DISGUSTING HOSTEL, NOT...

Liked: Falsely advertised as a hotel. It is a filthy hostel. No toiletries, food etc as you would expect. Rude staff lying on the sofa all day. Sick outside front porch not cleaned. Mould in bathroom and filthy,, carpets filthy. I know it was budget but this was another level. Cigarette butt's left in ashtray in hotel room which I thought was against the law to smoke in room. We ended up coming home as we couldn't stand it anymore aswell as having bites on us. WARNING, DO NOT GO !!!! Oh and fire escape route we're blocked with cages.
Disliked: FILTHY AND DISGUSTING HOSTEL, NOT HOTEL!!!

Cheap and cheerful

Liked: On arrival the staff Behind the Counter explained nothing about fire regulations that there was a bar didn't say where our room was just gave us a door card, the room was average very dated but clean, absolutely nothing was explained to as, in the room there was one little tub of milk we asked for more staff in the evening said the housekeeper locks everything up we asked in the morning persons opened a draw and said help yourself so no staff communication and no customer serviceg, normally towels are placed on the bed these were in the chest of drawers it looked as if the room hadn't been used for quite a while, There was only one light in the room No bedside lights switches near the bed on The side Where the bed Is So how to walk back to the bed in the dark after switching off the light.The remote control didn't work.
Disliked: The staff the atmosphere there was a sign saying no Vacancies but the hotel was not full

Liked: It was cancelled due water leak

Location perfect with perfect weather.

Liked: location is perfect, quite expensive for what the room offered. I would suggest adding breakfast in the price. I stayed 2 mins down the road the night after for £30 less with breakfast.
Disliked: Dirty bedding. Holes in the wall all around, Toilet seat broken, not enough condiments.

Liked: Nothing as they cancelled when we was on route to hotel

Liked: The staff were help full and apologised for the room not being clean
Disliked: Bed wasn't changed from last guest . Had to ask for clean sheets .which I had to change . Pillows were stained . Mat under cover stained . Quilt cover stained . No soap . Toilet unclean . Hot tap in wash hand basin faulty. Shower mat stained . Kettle and TV PAT safety electrical safety sticker 1 year out of date
