Our stay was disappointing because...
Liked: Good location
Disliked: - We asked for cot bed and got a confirmation for cot bed but when we arrived there was NO cot bed.- The receptionist was more interested in his phone than talking to us.- Very cold rooms, No heat.- Very limited parking spaces.- Water tap can’t be turned off so once you turned it on will run continuously.- No privacy at all, I could hear clearly every word from the neighbour rooms. Would NOT recommend and won’t be staying here again!

Bad
Disliked: We have stayed here lots of times in the past when we go to see a show at the Embassy Theatre and never had any problems before. Unfortunately this time was different they seem to let the local drug dealer stay there now people coming in and out at all times day and night the place smells of weed they even set the smoke alarm off in the night, people banging on our door instead of the druggy next door and no staff on site at night to assist.... NEVER AGAIN !!!!
