Hotel could be made into...

Liked: Unfortunately we stayed on the coldest night of the year so far. When we got to our room we found it to be dirty. Dirty tea cups. Full waste bin. Worst of all was the dirty duvet cover. We complained and the staff cleaned and changed the bedding. There was no heating in the room and the bedding was damp so we went home and did not stay overnight.
Disliked: The hotel is in a very good location. Needs to be modernised to a higher standard. Love skegness. Main problem was the weather.

Liked: Hotel in good central location, right next to the beach and very close to the main shops with some nice local shops & a post office a few metres away. Reception and other public areas are very clean.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean and also spacious. The bed linen was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
