Queens Hotel Cheltenham

Disappointing

Liked: Good position in town, very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Supposedly Superior room was disappointing. View from the windows was over the kitchen extractor fans, the room was stuffy and we were unable to get the air conditioning low enough to compensate and there was an unpleasant smell about the room.

Cheltenham had more to offer...

Disliked: Everything was fine considering the age of the hotel

Liked: The hotel is charming and feels very historic, and the room was very nice except for the creaky floors. The bathroom and products were very nice. The bed and linens were nice and we slept well.
Disliked: We had absolutely no view.. I don't think the hotel was full and this was kind of unnecessary. Breakfast was very expensive- not really worth it.

Liked: Great location - airy stylish rooms and nice dinning area and parking.
Disliked: Outlook of rear rooms looking over kitchen rooftops wasn’t good.Lounge bar piped music was to load

Liked: Nice looking hotel but dated inside..staff helpful after we had issue with our room..
Disliked: Drain smell in room very strong on arrival small room tatty bathroom mastic etc....toothpaste on mirror...for, £188 I expected alot better
