Queens Court Hotel

Room 106 advertised as “elegant”; the room certainly was not. Small, badly decorated, stained carpet, small double bed, only one bedside table, not one painting etc., only one mug, no TV remote and a grubby blind that had to be permanently lowered in order to use the bathroom. Only being there for three nights, I should have complained but didn’t. So I do take responsibility for that. But it was so disappointing.

Very good value for money

Liked: Great for Exeter city centre. Right outside was a public carpark.The team there was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was exceptionally good.We'd definitely stay there again. Great value for money.The breakfast room and bar were unique.
Disliked: Our room would have profited from a little make-over but it was clean. Everything seemed a little dated but it was all we needed.

Disliked: Lake of facilities in bathroom. Room had a telephone in but was not connected to anything. No in room information, e.g., about the hotel facilities or area.

Great find in Exeter

Liked: The service was outstanding and the breakfast was superb. Overall really good value for money, including very reasonable bar prices. Highly recommended!!

Liked: Kindest staff and exceptional service. The breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed the spacious and tidy room! The location was also perfect - a short walk from the train station and city centre. We will return!
