Room felt like We were...

Liked: Location was great, on the edge of city centre, Breakfast was lovely. Parking right outside property.
Disliked: However, from the advertised pictures of the rooms, I was expecting a comfortable stay, but the room, was seriously, below expectations.No carpert, Floor boards with nails sticking out, loose toilet seat, dirty furniture, marks on duvet cover, mould around bath, damaged bath panel.Only hand towels provided, not Bath towels.Side of blind on bathroom was fraid. Dirty toile brush, covefed in tissue.

Good choice for a night...

Liked: Large, quiet room and bathroom with a decent shower in a good location, a short walk from the city centre. Bar & dining room were nice and the breakfast was excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room was poorly decorated, no character features or even pictures on the walls to make it feel more welcoming. There was masking tape round all the spotlights left from when the ceiling was painted and no effort made to paint cleanly round the radiator. No hair dryer.

Perfect for Exeter City Centre....

Liked: Stayed at the Queens Court Hotel following a celebratory night out in Exeter with friends. Ideal location for City Centre. Clean room, cosy beds. Staff very welcoming. Great, tasty breakfast.

So good I came back...

Liked: I have been here a couple of times and when you find the 'just right' place you keep returning.Wonderful staff and a great breakfast. The walk into the city is not too far where you can find evr outlet for food and drink you need.
Disliked: Not the fault of the hotel but you can drive around for a while to find a parking sace close
