Well worth the money

Liked: It was very clean staff were very helpful and really nice. The room was a lot bigger than expected and they resolved a problem we had straight away.
Disliked: Only thing I have to say is when we arrived it was made into a twin and we booked a double but was quickly resolved.

Great value great position

Liked: Good clean traditional Pub, nice outside seating area, good wifi, comfy bed
Disliked: A west facing room was a bit hot, but notthe Pubs fault

The queen street tap, deal

Liked: Exceptional value for money. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. The little extras in the room, like shortbread biscuits, seperate coffee machine, good quality toiletries (including moisturiser)Breakfast was included in the price and was outstanding.I most definitely will stay again. Great location. A couple of minutes from the train station and the beach is about the same distance in the other direction.
Disliked: A fan in the room would have been great as it was a bit too hot in there... We are currently in the midst of a uk heatwave plus i think it was the hottest day of the year yesterday..

We had a good time...

Liked: The manager and his staff were exceptional and all were very friendly and prepared to answer any questions. We had 2 meals during our stay and both meals were superb.
Disliked: Our room was very tight but sufficient to our needs. If were to visit Deal again the room would have to offer more room around the bed for the ease of getting onto and out of it.

Queen St tap exceeded expectations,...

Liked: Were advised when booking could be noisy on Sat nights due to live music but this was minimal. We were also advised the room was small but while small it was well appointed and had a coffee machine rather than just a kettle. The room and all area were clean and staff were friendly. While about half what we normally would pay, other than room size, it exceeded expectations on all counts. Would stay again if wanting accommodation in the area and would recommend without hesitation.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful room clean and rate reasonable
Disliked: Parking was tricky as the nearest recommended parking- railway carpark had faulty app and no facility to pay any other way risking a fine .

Liked: Easy access to the railway station and to town centre
Disliked: No towel provided and the shower was cold

Great value for money, did...

Liked: The staff were great, bed was comfy, complementary tea and coffee in the room, decent full English breakfast included. It is excellent value for money and really close to the Deal seafront. Very close to a massive Sainsbury's and Aldi.
Disliked: It wasn't the cleanest. The carpet had physical dirt on it and the top of the toilet lid was sticky. They tell you this beforehand but the DJ's playing loud music until midnight on a Friday night and the pub (and pub garden) are open until 2am. Our room was on the 1st floor so there was no way we were sleeping before midnight, the walls were banging.
