Disliked: the restaurant at 3rd floor served:1. weird taste orange(I think it turned sour)2. Pancakge tasted hard3. Potato wedges looks like it was recycled from yesterday4. the ham turned sour I could not even eatTheir breakfast is not acceptable

Liked: What did we not like! The staff were awesome! The room was very clean , great amenities, the 3rd floor with restaurant, pool and deck was just beautiful as it overlooks the Diamond Head mountain. Did we mention how close to the beach this beautiful hotel is ?
Disliked: Nothing!!

Liked: The decor, comfort and cleanliness of the beds and furniture, the front desk, valet and concierge customer service. This hotel is one that I try and frequent on every trip back 'home' to Hawaii, dating back to the 80's as my parents got married here. Over the years, the service and quality has just improved. This last visit was a pleasant surprise, from the leis and juice at check in, to the cleanliness of the grounds (common areas and the room itself). Valet parking was a breeze as was check in. We called late night for more blankets for the pull out couch and someone arrived with freshly laundered (still warm from the dryer) linens in under 10 minutes, and we were on the top floor. Will continue to stay here every Hawaii visit.
