Great stay! Great weekend. Can’t...

Liked: Amazing hotel in the heart of Leeds. Polite staff who couldn’t do enough to help. The breakfast was of lovely quality, hot and well presented. I book an executive suite which we upgraded on arrival. The room was fantastic. Large well kept. Amazing bathroom and two sinks. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up.

Utter luxury

Liked: This was real luxury - from the checking in to the room and the whole experience. The person checking in was so kind and friendly. The room was possibly the nicest we have ever stayed in - the toiletries were beautiful, it has robes and slippers! The bath was gorgeous. We don’t drink - but the mini bar would be wonderful for those who do.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I had to give a 50 pounds deposit for the room which I didn’t know about and it will take a while to get back. Also please put beans with the cooked breakfast.

Very good

Liked: Great location, spacious room and bathroom, strong wifi, nice people on reception.
Disliked: Couldn't open window and aircon was a bit feeble - so a bit too warm on a hot night. Decor a little tired. Room service food was not great and pretty expensive (even by usual standards).
