Mixed bag

Liked: The cleanliness, the restaurant, the quality of food
Disliked: The inefficient front desk staff. They swiped our card twice for the whole amount of our stay.. We really hope we get back our money which they said will be reimbursed

Disliked: The lobby is pretty old with carpet and overallFeeling when you get in the Hotel is an old hotel.But rooms are very well renovated and clean.When we arrived there was no one at the door and to help us with our bags. It could be nice to have someone welcome you and open the front door

Friendly, upbeat staff. Ready to...

Liked: The staff were so outstandingly friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Quebec City was frette (I learned a new French word that they only use in Quebec). Google doesn't translate the word. It means "insanely cold!" The hotel was great. No dislikes there.
