Liked: Really helpful staff throughout all areas of the hotel. Excellent location just by the walls and one of the gates to the Old Town. Couldn't be nearer to the action but the hotel itself couldn't be quieter. Would definitely recommend.

Superb

Liked: Staff were great. Location was great. Room was small but very comfortable.
Disliked: The AC in the room turned on and off all night, which woke us up every time it turned on as there was a loud click each time. Also, it only took the temp down to 20, which is warm for us for sleeping.

Mixed bag

Liked: The cleanliness, the restaurant, the quality of food
Disliked: The inefficient front desk staff. They swiped our card twice for the whole amount of our stay.. We really hope we get back our money which they said will be reimbursed
