Nice hotel in good location

Liked: The location right by the riverThe size of the room and it was well maintained (but dated)The potential faciltiesWater machine on each floorIron in the roomStaff friendly on reception and in rhe spa.
Disliked: Spa facilities were shut whem we wanted to use them which only gave us an hour in there and this was the main reason I chose the hotel.Leaking water all though recption areaBreakfast set up was very cramped (no counter space to put plate down) despite the room being huge.

Excellent hotel, amazing staff and...

Liked: The hotel was excellent. The location was great and very close to the city center by taxi or bus. I loved the pool in the hotel and the view of the river was breathtaking. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel had many facilities you can use such as pool, gym, restaurant, bar, etc. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow for the first time.
Disliked: Nothing☺️

Liked: My son and I stayed whilst visiting Krakow, my son felt it was the best hotel he's ever stayed in. The hotel was excellent, breakfast was fantastic, the pool was great and lovely views too.

Very good hotel in quiet...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Restaurant meals were also very good. The rooms were in good order and clean. The staff were very helpful and spoke better English than me.
Disliked: The conference that was on while we were there just consumed the the whole reception & ground floor area of the hotel, this would have been better in a conference room or even in the unused jazz room downstairs.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was amazing! So many options :)) Absolutely loved the pool, it offers phenomenal views of the city.
Disliked: The room was also ok, there was a strange smell, and I found it to be very cold at night and couldn't quite figure out the heating. The duvet was really thin.
